How many stops can I add to my route?
Free tier users can add and optimize up to 5 stops per route. If you need to route a larger shift, upgrading to CloudStops Premium unlocks unlimited stops and unlimited AI camera scans!
Why does the app need my Location permission?
CloudStops requires your location to calculate the most efficient route from where you currently are. We do not track you in the background when the app is closed.
How do I redeem a Promotional Voucher?
Open the app, tap the Profile tab on the bottom right, and tap "REDEEM CODE" under your subscription status. Enter your code to instantly unlock Premium features.
How do I manage or cancel my Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed directly by your device's app store.
iOS (Apple): Open your iPhone Settings > Tap your Name > Subscriptions > CloudStops.
Android (Google): Open the Play Store app > Tap your Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
